Brought my dog here for grooming. A couple days later she developed a paw infection. We discovered she had been cut in her paw bed but no one notified us of this when we picked her up otherwise we would have kept an eye on it. We understand mistakes happen but we would have appreciated them letting us know that she had been cut during grooming. A vet visit later and her wearing the cone of shame and she's all bette. I am referring specifically to the boarding experience. It's a pet hotel but the feel is like a prison. Staff works like a very bored employee and didn't welcome pets. No tour was allowed. For the Deluxe Suite at $100+ per day, my pet was taken to a room that wasn't even yet set up (mess from previous pet wasn't cleaned up and the bed/blanket was missing).
