I am referring specifically to the boarding experience. It's a pet hotel but the feel is like a prison. Staff works like a very bored employee and didn't welcome pets. No tour was allowed. For the Deluxe Suite at $100+ per day, my pet was taken to a room that wasn't even yet set up (mess from previous pet wasn't cleaned up and the bed/blanket was missing).
