I brought my dog here while we went to Disneyland and we asked the place to set up my dog for all day play for three days so she could interact with other dogs. On our trip down to LA we decided to look at the cameras and they had kept our dog in the room by herself for the whole day. we had to call but the place wouldn't answer and by 7 pm we called again to complain that they weren't doing anything with our dog. The two last days they put our dog in all day play but the dogs weren't as playful as ours. (which i don't blam... read more

I went for a tour and let me tell you... one section of the dogs rooms were so cold like don't their heaters work or something? I would not leave my dogs in a cold room. All that money they make for what.

Negligent, lazy, inconsiderate, and irresponsible are the nicest words I could use to describe this awful place. My dog went there for his first day of daycare. I understand it's important to correct dogs if they misbehave and I admit my dog can be quite rambunctious. But that doesn't warrant a FOUR HOUR time out in a small tiny room with no interactions. When I picked him up, he was shell of himself. Extremely demoralized and it took him a whole day to recuperate to be back to his regular happy self. The attendants watching... read more

Took my puppy, watched him on the camera and they put him in with the large dogs. One person for 25 dogs. Several dogs were humping and no one was paying attention. The person filling the pool and water bowls wet the dogs and didn't care, it was 50 degrees outside. When I picked up my dog his back legs had blood on them, he was sprayed with some nasty smell spray and they also told me he was on an hour "time out" because he was too rambunctious....did they not read the questionnaire I filled out? He is a 7 month old puppy he... read more

My problems started when I tried to check in. I was told that my reservation was for the Oakland location and that Redwood City was full. The clerk was extremely rude - essentially telling me that I was out of luck. When I showed her the email confirmation for Redwood City, she told me that there "must be a mistake." Since I was leaving town the next day, I needed for them to step up. Finally, after about 20 minutes on the computer, the receptionist said they could take my dog, but in a smaller room than I had reserved.... read more

If you are a cat owner considering boarding your kitty here, let me stop you, DO NOT DO IT. Wag advertises themselves as a luxury boarding hotel for pets and the experience my cat had here left her in a weakened physical and mental state. I specifically paid for the luxury kitty condo and as others have reported there were serious issues with not being able to access the camera and check in on her. In addition to this when I picked her up the food container still had TONS of food in it which made it clear they were not fee... read more

Awful, did not care for my dog the way they advertised! I had to call several times to remind them to feed him dinner, along with asking them why they hadn't provided anything I added on as extras. This place is horrible! As an avid pet lover and long time dog owner. BEWARE! Absolutely awful! Will never be coming back

Staff is completely disrespectful! If you need responsible and reliable services, I'd recommend finding somewhere else. Background Booked a dog boarding online (for a 15 day stay). Filled out all of the paperwork which included vaccine records and a bit more about my dog. Reservation was sitting in Pending so I contacted the business. I initially spoke to the Customer Support then was sent to the store. Back and forth continues over many days. I was told that the appointment was going to approved but they were going t... read more

The staff was very welcoming and professional. I'll echo what other people say about cameras (for individual rooms) not working or not getting the feed timely. I didn't get mine until it was almost time to pick up my dog. The "deluxe" room looked quite different than as advertised. It was more like a sterile hospital mini room. The playpen looked fine and I saw people watching while I was there. My biggest issue is that my dog came back with a case of kennel cough the next day. So an irresponsible owner decided to take t... read more
