RecommendedOur eleven-month old dachshund swallowed a sock and we were referred by our regular vet. They were able to retrieve it successfully. They kept us in the loop at every step. We were very pleased!

I love these folks! They saved my Salem's life today - emergency surgery for pyometra (on a very large great dane). They are skilled and incredibly kind, and their pricing also seems quite fair.
My 4 month old Rottie puppy had a traumatic experience and injury earlier this week. Her vet was closed so we rushed her to Wake Urgent Care. The phone staff was very patient and remained calm and reassuring when I was borderline hysterical. Intake was easy. Dr. Shannon was pleasant and clearly informed me of her injuries and treatment. He even took the time to explain the anticipated cost before proceeding. The fees were very reasonable and we went home with medications and a puppy on her way to recovery.
They are very attentive and polite. I like having a multi vet practice where there is such a varied experience between providers. My perception is their fees are in line with most vets. Dr. Shannon did a fabulous job of taking care of my little dachshund Samantha last year. Dr. O'Connell was wonderful with Lily Grace. We would recommend them to anyone needed top notch service for their pet.
We took our newest puppy here for her first puppy visit and we were so happy that we will start taking our other pets here! Friendly staff, answered our questions, short wait, and they took good care of our puppy!
I work at a vet and my office was closed. My sweet male cat was blocked really early in the morning last Sunday. All of the staff was very helpful. Dr. Conflitti was great and helped my kitty a lot. Not only did they take care of him on Sunday, they also called to check up on my cat on Tuesday to make sure everything was okay at home. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I hope I never have to come back on an emergency basis, but I will 100% be recommending you all 🤩
I made a Appointment for my dog . when I arrived They came to my truck and immediately took my girl in.The Dr took time to call me and talked to me so I was well Informed. All the staff are so caring and very friendly. I was in and out in 25 to 30 minutes. The cost is very fair. I highly recommend This Veterinary office. Tthank you Wake Veterinary Ronnie D McLamb
