RecommendedMy 4 month old Rottie puppy had a traumatic experience and injury earlier this week. Her vet was closed so we rushed her to Wake Urgent Care. The phone staff was very patient and remained calm and reassuring when I was borderline hysterical. Intake was easy. Dr. Shannon was pleasant and clearly informed me of her injuries and treatment. He even took the time to explain the anticipated cost before proceeding. The fees were very reasonable and we went home with medications and a puppy on her way to recovery.
RecommendedThey are very attentive and polite. I like having a multi vet practice where there is such a varied experience between providers. My perception is their fees are in line with most vets. Dr. Shannon did a fabulous job of taking care of my little dachshund Samantha last year. Dr. O'Connell was wonderful with Lily Grace. We would recommend them to anyone needed top notch service for their pet.
