My Yorkshire Terrier, Toodles had to have an emergency spay (pyometra) surgery. I am very picky about where I take her because she's my best friend. After reading the reviews about the service then calling, I went right over and they were able to review the xrays and paperwork from her primary vet then schedule her in for an emergency surgery right away. We had an AMAZING experience at this facility. Dr.Raboin and Zoë took amazing care of my boy during his overnight stay and kept me updated with how he was doing. My basset hound was diagnosed with pneumonia (after being told by a previous vet office that afternoon he had heart failure which he doesn’t) They were all very compassionate and explained everything thoroughly! I just moved to Knightdale and it was time for my dog’s annual shots and other worries I wanted to discuss. I was kind of dreading how expensive it was going to be or how friendly the staff would be. The moment I walked in the receptionist was super nice and helpful. She called my old vet to get his records so I didn’t have to. We had a 12 week old puppy that tested positive for Parvovirus. I really didn’t think she would make it. Every day & night, even with us calling in between to check on her, her progress was improving daily. Wake Veterinary Hospital and Urgent Care was fabulous with us and our little baby. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+
