This place is so friendly and patient. Everyone I have talked to since I started bringing my baby there has been absolutely wonderful. My KuKu has had some ear infections ongoing on since the day i rescued her and they have helped fix her poor ears and kept me up to date on what i need to know to make sure she keeps going strong! They are very helping and accommodating. 10/10 would recommend.
The staff was fantastic. They provided excellent care for our Puppy.
The staff is so nice and helpful! They make you feel comfortable while they tend to your fur babies. I can not thank them enough for helping my shih tzu feel better and to take the time needed with her and me.

We ended up at Wake Veterinary Hospital and Urgent Care after our pup was diagnosed with GDV at another emergency hospital in the middle of the night. The first hospital gave us a quote that we absolutely couldn’t afford, so they kindly referred us to Wake Veterinary, who gave us a much more reasonable verbal quote on the phone. Very caring and concerned as a nurse I appreciated the attention to the details. All the staff is very kind.
My dog recently received emergency care after being viciously attacked by a neighborhood pit bull. I called ahead and was impressed upon arrival from staff at front desk, the vet tech, and finally Dr. Watkins did a great job in explaining all aspect of injuries and treatment. Charges were commensurate with treatment and no sedation or surgery was needed. They even called the following day to check on his condition. I grateful for their expertise and care and he is a Rock Star!
The staff was all very nice and took care of our fur baby Buggs on Christmas Eve. very convenient to where we live. office was very clean
