I live at a First Communities property in Clermont, and it is gorgeous! Amazing team, amenities overall the best!
I reside in a four-bedroom apartment with shared common areas and was charged $1,275.90 for alleged damages that were not caused by me, but instead occurred in prior roommates’ individual bedrooms. The apartment did not assess or document damages when those roommates moved out, yet the charges were later applied to my account. I am a current tenant at 100 Inverness Landing in Birmingham, AL, managed by Asset Living. For weeks, I have experienced repeated missed trash pickups—three consecutive days at a time—on multiple occasions. I documented each incident with video, timestamps, and photos and submitted them through the resident portal and email. Rather than receive a clear resolution, I was met with confusing and dismissive replies. I live at The Huntington at College Station since Dec. 2, 2024. It is an income based senior apartment community. This complex was opened in the of 2020. Three months ago, our apartment manager who had been here for 3 years was doing her best to take care of things. Really wish I could give negative stars. This place is horrible. Do not move here. Management is straight up lazy and ****** *******, the on site manager, straight up does not care about anyone but himself and his money. It’s truly upsetting. I have been nothing but nice to these people, and I have black mold growing in here, they’ve known about it for a MONTH and still nothing has been done. They do not give a **** about you or your safety here. It’s not worth it.
Horrible property and correspondent management. Wouldn't be surprised if this was a front across the country and across the state.
My entire apartment needs complete renovations. It is horrible. They did not allow me to look at the apartment before move in so I trusted that it would look exactly as displayed on the side. Ive been without a C for five days. No one has come to check it out everything is wrong with my apartment. I cannot believe I gave This a chance. I will never do this again. This entire complex needs to be torn down and rebuilt.
