Magnolia Apartments in Tuscaloosa, Alabama has given me conflicting information for weeks about my refund deposit. I was told it would take 6 days, then 1–2 weeks, and now up to 6 weeks. Despite emailing my cancellation and supporting documentation in advance, no one has followed up with me. My family and I just moved into one of their properties called Serrano Highlands in Lake forest CA and I was harrased by their maintenance team member Moses and the their office staff and corporate office Asset Living didn't take the appropriate actions in my opinion. To make matters worse every time I called Asset Living their agents who answered the phone like Tina and the rest of them kept hanging up the phone on me. Managment does not dobtheir Job when it comes to get'n things done and thats goes for all of these individuals who don't have the professionalism nor the curtiousness to listen and resolve matters at hand.. I reside in a four-bedroom apartment with shared common areas and was charged $1,275.90 for alleged damages that were not caused by me, but instead occurred in prior roommates’ individual bedrooms. The apartment did not assess or document damages when those roommates moved out, yet the charges were later applied to my account.
