A very bad experience with chapel Run apartment they left me and mind homeless. We had to move in date and everything done changed utilities are in our name she had us come in one day on a Tuesday sign the paper for resident stuff and then the next day right before the 21st she called and tell us we didn't have an apartment. At the government have any kind of funds in this same place you need to check it out because they are doing something that is not legal

Terrible response to maintenance service. Dishwasher not working for 4 weeks after several tickets and promises. Locked in broken elevator and no response from management. Elevator safety phone line didn’t connect anywhere and had to look for door release key. Fortunately I had my cell phone and called 911! And no one from office ever answered phone or checked on me.

Parcside is not worth the dirt it is on. The entire property should have been torn down years ago. Still trying to figure out how the city of College Station allows this. Here is a short list: Mold - the city of College Station has been notified. Major insect issues. HVAC’s that haven't been maintained or cleaned in many years The trash area is a city-wide trash dump, rodents! The showers creak and crack so loud you’ll hear your neighbor every time they shower. The pool area becomes the city’s pool resort, and Parcside does ... read more

Property management only gave me 72 hours to notify them of not wanting to renew. Now I must pay over $2000 for an apartment that is going to be vacant for a month.

Asset Living purchased the property I was renting to become State College Collective on Aaron II in State College, PA. During my time there, they were late on every maintenance request I made. Most recently, after I attempted to dispute my final move-out statement, they completely ignored me for over thirty days despite reaching out at least four times over email and two times over the phone. I was told my staff members that my concerns were being forwarded to a Chris *******, but he did not respond to me. Then I received a ... read more

Beware these apartments covering up and not disclosing that some of these apartments have prior water damage. Everywhere from the base boards, walls & doors. We found cockroaches probably from all of the moisture inside the walls. Leasing office try to hide these details from us and pressured us to sign leasing documents before we could inspect the apartment. Tuesday November 1st 2022. We got our keys and and did a pre-inspection and found the apartment was never cleaned every surface was untouched. We address this to the as... read more

I've lived here (one of your properties - Cahaba Grandview in Birmingham, AL) for over 6 years and like my apartment. But through no fault of my own, two separate water leaks caused BLACK MOLD to grow inside my walls and likely underneath the floor as well. Management hired an environmental consultant to assess the situation and give them a plan. And they promised to make things right. But now 11 months later, they have done nothing. So it appears they have reneged on their promise to follow professional recommendations to m... read more

This company just bought the property I've been living in for 9 years. They buy the property, they do absolutely nothing with the property, they raise rent. Why? Greed. DO NOT RENT FROM ANY PROPERTY OWNED BY ASSET LIVING. They don't care about you, they only care about taking your money. My rent never went up in 9 years with the last company. It's been a month since Asset Living bought the property, already raising rates. GREEDY BUSINESS.
