Actively discriminate against people with disabilities. Tried calling to speak to someone above their regional supervisor and can’t get a human on the phone and voicemails are left unreturned. Requested a reasonable accommodation of designated parking and was told that what they could offer me was waiving the fee to break my lease. That they can’t give me a spot because then everyone will want one. I’m physically disabled and have lived there for 3 years. Before they took over the property. Not I have no choice but to move.
The scam you from beginning to end! Talk stuff on you to others, falsely report to the credit agency. Office staff Sleeping with residents. No upkeep on the pool that has bricks falling out. Completely lie about you to others. BE CAREFUL ABOUT THINKING OF THEIR PROPERTIES!!!!!!!!
Total lack of tenant service or employee accountability. I haven't gotten my mail for months due to their unwillingness to comply with ruling from **** to fix mail stations vandalism. They just lie and deny you reported the problem. The post office won't even hold mail for tenants of the Grove at St ********
This company is complete trash!!!! The apartment complex across from target on **************** in ****** has no management, the staff is rude and unreliable. There is a different person working in the office everyday and none of them know anything about policies or how to handle customer concerns. They do not relay information, and they add fees based on Their own neglect, not based on guidelines of the lease. Their maintenance is nonexistent. PM *************************** doesnt follow code Enforcement or ******** laws. Unhealthy living conditions with black mold infested buildings and hvac units, leaks, roaches, trash and unsanitary property. Multiple units with severe black mold mildew and leaks. Property is filthy with trash, f**** and urine everywhere.
When Asset Living assumed management of the complex where I live, tenants immediately were thrust into a financial SNAFU because Asset's utilities procedure differs from that of the prior management company. Rather than simply forgiving this to demonstrate to tenants that Asset supports them and isn't willing to hold them liable for a bureaucratic change, Asset has continued to dun tenants, even threatening them with eviction should they not fork up the money. Horrible. My personal garage has malfunctioned for over a year. Had a leak in the garage that leaked water and ceiling residue all over my truck. **** was not fixed for 8 days and I had to complain in person because they refuse to answer the phone. Someone else is opening my garage with their remote all night. No contractor sent out to fix the garage even though its a safety concern. I do NOT recommend ******************* apartments by First Communities. After a long weekend in the car moving from ** to **, and me being disabled, we walked into a FILTHY apartment w/roaches, cobwebs, and gross carpet (the carpet had not been vacuumed or steam cleaned). This is supposed to be a "Luxury Apt" and rent starts at $2000 a month for 1 bed/1 bath. They told us they've never seen roaches, and that the apt would be "thoroughly cleaned". Awful management. The apartment has been flooded (due to waste water coming from the unit above) and never fixed, yet they continue to increase rent exponentially. Went from 1,230/month base to 1,600/month in less than three years and its just becoming more dilapidated. *********************** and her staff are the worst. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.
