This company is absolutely terrible and clearly doesnt care about its tenants. Ive been living in my apartment since 2015, and the current property manager who also lives on-site came to my apartment around 8:30 PM. He accused my son of being disrespectful, told me I needed to be a better mother, and said he wasnt my babysitter. I could smell alcohol on him, so it was clear he had been drinking. I lived at one of their properties called The Taylor in Marietta, GA for 3 years and never gave that office any problems. I also left a review on Google for the apartment directly because I had issues while I was there. Now the issue I’m having with this management company is I moved out on August 5 and still haven’t gotten my deposit refund. I am currently living at Kingsland Park Complex located at: 23420 Kingsland Blvd Katy, TX 77494. This property is managed by Asset Living in Houston, Texas. Take it from a current resident that has engaged a legal team, Asset Living/The Richfield Apartments in Aurora, CO completely deserve an "F"/ZERO stars/the bottom of the barrel rating when it comes to: 1) Timely response to emails, phone calls and any maintenance issue 2) Amenities (operable mailboxes, clean common areas, effective services that residents are being charged for monthly such as pest control and round the clock onsite security) are a joke and a true disservice to residents paying for these overly priced "homes"... read more

Horrible experience. The management / leasing office has trouble keeping their promises and I’m constantly having problems with the amount I owe. It keeps changing every month. They’re not honest, they have new leasing managers every month (I’ve talked with 5 people IN PERSON in 45 days). I was told TWICE that I owed two different amounts AFTER paying rent (once in Sept and another in Oct) and I just moved in August 30th. This is about Millhouse Apts in Dallas Tx run by Asset Living. WORST property management team I have ever dealt with. Lived here almost 2 years, moved out yesterday. My rent was always paid in full. First summer, it stayed around 90degrees INSIDE my unit and still paid 400$ a month in electricity. They would not fix it. Me and child had er visits. Asset living utilizes a third party scamming billing management company if you have any “outstanding balances” once you try to pay this balance, you CANNOT. The company has an F on BBB. If you contact asset living about this, they are not going to help. They will ruin your credit and render your homeless by ruining your rental history! DO NOT MOVE TO THEIR PROPERITES

Freddie * On 8/18/24 a tree came through the roof of my apartment unit at ******** ***** ** *********** and its been 2 weeks since the incident happened and nothing has been done about it.
