Very unprofessional I will never rent from this company again after my experience at ********** ******* ** ***********. The staff at the college park @ the nine does the bare minimum to help their residents and the maximum to enhance any negative experience. It’s like they hate their job and taking it out on the residents

I lived there for two years, once asset management took over is when things started taking a turn, don’t even get me started on just how awful the new management company is (not asset) I was on my way to the hospital to have a baby when my dryer went out, it took three months for them to finally replace it. Not only that but everytime we called and were very respectful. We were always told it would be in a few days. Do not rent from them. I am a mother who was attempting to co-sign on a lease with my son who is a student at the local college. They are not truthful. They do not return phone calls. They have unfair costs. They are not reputable. I have tried talking with upper management. It was a waste of time.

The worst place you can rent don’t ever think renting with them. They are irresponsible. They don’t care about no one they just care about taking your money. They don’t fix nothing and small electric issue. Take them over three months to fix.

I will never rent from one of their properties again. They took over our San Antonio complex about halfway through our lease. The portal was never transitioned properly. I couldn't send messages or maintenance requests. After hours phones never worked. I got fast busies and hang ups. That problem disrupted someone's event because music was to be turned off, but wasn't. They couldn't get help.
