The medical professional who gave me a mammogram was excellent. Mammograms stir up anxiety for me because I have an implanted defibrillator. The medical professional who provided me with a dexascan was pleasant, warm and efficient. No warm fuzzies from the people at the front desk; however, it was a very busy day for them and this would likely explain the abruptness that I experienced.

I had a great experience at this location. The staff were responsive and did their best to get me in on time, which they did on the dot. The sonogram technician was friendly and did everything she could to make sure I was comfortable. And the icing on the cake was the opportunity to speak the the doctor right after the exam to get the results. The doctor was clear. He answered my questions and I left the office fully informed -- and relieved! Hear me clapping!

Wonderful caring staff, from the front desk to the examination. I'm a returning client to this office. I had a dexa scan, plus a mammogram. Connie, was a very efficient staff. Thanks for working during this COVID crisis. K Brick

I have been to other radiology clinics, but have settled on WR. The appointment process was easy and they call annually to remind you its time to come in. The staff is delightful and will explain things and are helpful once you get there and are very accommodating. I have been using them now for years and find them pleasant, helpful and efficient. I highly recommend them.

Radiological visits are rarely fun or even pleasant; however, the staff at Washington Radiology in Bethesda--where my family and I have made more than a few visits--make you leave with a smile on your face. Courteous, professional, and kind.

This is one of those huge medical campuses with private parking through Colonial you must use (there are not other nearby options). The parking lot is always packed and it's hard to find a space, and then the fee for the first hour is $4 and goes up from there. They don't validate. I've never been seen within an hour of my appointment time. The service inside is fine and all, but unless you enjoy watching lobby tv and paying $8+ for parking, go elsewhere if you have the option.

I'm a fairly new resident to the area and So I didn't know what to expect. So I happy to say that I was very impressed with the prompt and professional care I received at Washington Radiology. Thus far I've gotten a Mammograms and an ultrasound performed and both visits were pleasant experiences

Parking lot is one of the worst in the area. You'd think for a paid lot, it would be better with layout and maintenance. Staff here are nice, but they do seem to be a bit relaxed for a high traffic medical office. I've been to this location before. X-rays are by walk in basis and the wait can be long. Waited about 40 minutes. Tech that did my x-rays was very nice. Friendly and got things done quickly and thoroughly. Had an appt. at the Bethesda location on Fernwood Rd. yesterday. The office has soft lighting and there is calming music as one walks in the door. This is important because having a mammogram is not the most pleasant experience. The office staff was prompt and attentive. The technician, Janeen, was very professional and introduced herself as soon as she came to take me to the exam area.
