About this business
Great service, diagnosed and repaired my wife's eco watch. Other jewellers had written it off. Technician diagnosed fault, ordered spares and repaired faulty capacitor.
Really great service and got both my watches new batteries and re-sealed within a couple of hours while I had a meeting. Thank you. Would highly recommend.
Staff members are very polite and helpful. I would highly recommend this company.
Thank you. Excellent service at Bluewater. Watch repaired and returned in good condition.
I was promised a contact with a quote for the repair before the work was undertaken, but I never received a call. Fortunately the cost was within my budget for the repair, but it would have been better had I been contacted regards the price rather than just being presented with the bill once the work was done. Other than that, Everything was completed as required in approx the time frame promised. Thanks!
Very good customer service
