Always receive an excellent service from Stacy at Southampton Branch, Stacy is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and professional. And I am a regular customer, for many years now. If I send my watch back to Tag for a service or new battery I generally dont see my watch for anything between 4 and 12 weeks! The watch lab for a full service is around 1 week!! Definitely recommend Stacy @ Southampton Watch Lab, she is a real asset to this company.Â
