Matthew at Colchester watch lab was so helpful and friendly. He repaired one pair of earrings on site and the rest were sent away. Everything was handled professionally and quickly. Matthew remembered my name when I returned which shows how invested he is in his customers. Very impressed.
Wonderful service from The Watch Lab for repair of a Rotary ladies' gold watch. 1950's bracelet watch which requited intricate work to repair. It is a very small watch to work on and now works perfectly Service in the Colchester branch was very helpful and friendly as usual. Very knowledgeable staff. Thank you

Really impressed with these guys. I broke a chain and was told by the original company that i would need to replace it. White gold chain repaired quickly and so well I cant see the original break. Reasonable price too! I will go back to them.

Took my automatic watch for repair at crystal peaks branch the lady I spoke to ( Trish) was very helpful and friendly explained everything. Got a call a from Steve about 3 weeks later at the brach saying my watch was ready, I collected my watch and they had replaced the movement for no extra cost. The watch is fully pressure tested and comes with a two year warranty. Excellent service would highly recommend.
