After shopping around I chose Watermark for several reasons. Not only was the rate the best online but after talking with Jack I felt comfortable in my decision to refinance my home with Watermark. Lance was very quick in responding to all my needs and questions and got me a better interest rate than most providers out there. He was responsive via both email and text and calling, and he got my paperwork done quickly so that I could make my bid and finish closing on time.
Lance was so on top of everything, the process felt almost too easy. He was available at the click of a button and emailed you every time there was the smallest update in progress. The easiest person to work with and would recommend to anyone! Thank you so much for making buying our first home together a breeze.
