I had the pleasure of working with Dyllon Bobo of Watermark Home Loans in February 2022. Dyllon was an excellent communicator and kept everyone involved in the transaction organized and on task. We were able to close several days early...unheard of with jumbo loans. 5 stars for Dyllon and his team!
Lance was so easy to work with and made my refinance process seamless. He was timely about all his communications with me and explained anything I had questions about. I would highly recommend using his services to anyone!

Kevin won my business by being so quick to respond to my initial inquiry, as well as throughout the entire process. He answered every question, and found solutions to little issues along the way. He called or texted back on weekends or evenings as my schedule required, which is unusual. Kevin is also very knowledgeable and will find out answers if he doesn't know, rather than blowing it off. Plus, he is very personable and pleasant to work with during the process.
Jesse would always quickly respond to any questions I had during my refi and was very informative. He lead me through the entire process and made sure any questions were addressed. Highly recommend!
