Although I have refinanced several times over the years, this was my first time with an online bank I hadn't heard of before. After checking reviews, I moved forward. Austin was very helpful, answer emails quickly and responding over the phone when necessary. He helped alleviate my concerns and did a great job answering questions! I am really impressed with the way James approached my refinance options, always looking after my interests, providing guidance and advising, not rushing to lock the rate. He even advised in an instance to wait based on the market dynamics there may be a chance rates may go down. He earned my trust and I refinanced all 3 of my properties over 6 months’ time frame with James . I am extremely happy and I will always call James for any future mortgage /refinance advise.
