I was shopping around for rates, and Lance won My business for his excellent customer service. He was credible with what he said he could do for me from the start. He also communicated and followed up each step of the way and was a pleasure to work with. I was on a time crunch and Lance and his people closed my loan in time. 5-star rating!
Lance stayed on top of everything. He spent a great amount of time going over all of our questions. This was our first home loan in 10 years, so it felt like we were novices to the mortgage issues. He gave us several options on the loan as far as rates, points, etc. Definitely better deal than our local bank. Would work with him again. He was always positive in our interactions.
Jesse did a great job for us during our refi. He was readily available and always answered our questions. He was able to get us a lower rate which has helped us out. My husband and I highly recommend him.
Working with Jason onnoir first home purchase was great. He explained everything in detail to us and also gotbus a great rate. I would highly recommend Jason to anyone looking for house mortgage or refinance.
