Lance stayed on top of everything. He spent a great amount of time going over all of our questions. This was our first home loan in 10 years, so it felt like we were novices to the mortgage issues. He gave us several options on the loan as far as rates, points, etc. Definitely better deal than our local bank. Would work with him again. He was always positive in our interactions.
