I wanted to shine a light on a nurse named Ericka at the 3190 NF Blvd Amherst NY location. She was so kind & welcoming. Not to mention she offered me her old AirPods when I realized mid-visit that mine were missing.. :) It was such a great visit thanks to her and the Doctor, Brooke.

1 star off for the long wait. Took 2.5 hours to see the provider couple of nights ago. Very annoying when you're in pain. I developed a nerve pain down my hip, butt and leg few weeks ago that would not go away. this was going on for the past few weeks. I guess I arrived at a bad time. They were getting very busy. It was 4 PM. I did not see the doctor until 7 PM approximately. Poor staffing equals long wait times. Equals unhappy customers. I brought my aging mother in this afternoon. Everyone was so nice and very helpful. Dr Suteh was very patient and answered all of questions. He was obviously busy but took his time with us. Such a great experience!

I visited this facility for a broken arm late in the day on a Friday, shortly before closing. The staff was wonderful and fully adhered to the Covid-19 requirements. They treated me quickly and were kind and friendly. They referred me to an orthopedic doctor and I went there immediately. The doctor needed the xrays so my husband went back to WellNow and they opened the door for him even though it was after hours. They gave him the xrays and the doctor actually came out and talked to him about my injury. This is a great place... read more

I've been to other facilities like this but this place is far superior. Very pleasant atmosphere, very clean. Staff was polite, respectful, and professional. Wait time appropriate to the hour of the day. Professional staff explained all procedures pre and post visit. A very uncomplicated, positive experience. I would recommend without hesitation.

I am very impressed with this place and will recommend to anyone who is in need of an urgent care. I went to this location because of all of the great reviews on google. I walked in and as soon as I was done checking in, I was taken right back to a room. Within seconds, a nurse came in to check my vitals. As soon as she finished, a doctor came in to see me right away. She was so sweet and could tell I wasn't feeling well. Within minutes I received a diagnosis and was prescribed medicine. Wow! This place is fantastic! There was hardly any wait when I went but the staff all made sure I was comfortable while I was waiting. The checking process was also quick and the entire place was very clean. The doctor and nurses were all friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I really feel like they went above and beyond here. I'll definitely return if I'm ever in need of an urgent care place again.
