One of the nurses here shouldn't have gone into a field that has anything to do with people. Rude, and difficult, seemingly has no compassion despite working in a career where compassion and empathy should be in no short supply.

Receptionist was extremely rude, after waiting in car for two hours for them to let me come in for a painful arm accident, I finally go inside and ask how much longer. The nurse says they called me 3!! Times, which is interesting because I did not have a single missed call. She proceeded to roll her eyes and tell me I'll have to wait even longer because I did not answer the call that I never received. Ridiculous. If you need help quickly, do NOT come here.

Had Covid19 and antibody testing and was supposed to receive results within 5 days. I was supposed to signin to mybostonheart.com and create a user name and password. Did that and still could not get into their site. They sent me a new PW, and still no luck. This office on Sheridan Dr. cannot be reached by phone at all, and also mybostonheart.com cannot be reached. Terrible... I waited for over 2 hours in the parking lot after checking in. They called my phone and said I was next as soon as a room opens up. Another 45 minutes goes by and I see people walking in and out, so I decided to just walk in. "Were you called to come in?", the receptionist asked. Yes, I said. ...they took me in.

I went to Well Now four weeks ago for COVID-19 antibody testing. I was so excited to finally be able to get the antibody testing. I made my mother, father and sister go too. It was a total money grab. They charge you a $130 sign in fee, just to be seen for the test, the fee is in addition to the $100 for the test. With my insurance I paid $75. This has been the most frustrating experience of my life dealing with this urgent cares billing department. They made a mistake on a claim, my insurance has explained to them multiple times they made a mistake and still nothing has been fixed. I will NEVER come back to this urgent care, its been an absolutely painfully stupid experience

This is the worst urgent care In probably All of buffalo, I have had multiple encounters with them, but most recently I went in and was diagnosed with the flu, they prescribed antibiotics and wrote me a doctors note.... the doctors note only covered me for 1 day. A flu can be contagious up to 5 days. I was seen by a PA, who seemed at a lack of experience. So I called them back and told them I would need a couple more days until I get better. I went in to get an exam for restrictions at work. I had fallen at work the previous Saturday, and although x rays saw no fractured ribs, I was in so much pain I could barely move. I asked at the desk if they did workman's comp exams, and the paper work, and was told they did. I also asked the nurse practitioner who came to examine me, the same questions. My daughter went there earlier in the year. They claimed their systems were down. My daughter paid the copayment in cash. Since then she is being harassed via text by them because they say she owes money. I called the insurance company and they said they have no record of the visit. That's because their "systems were down". I tried calling them to tell them to resubmit the claim and they refused.
