I went in to get an exam for restrictions at work. I had fallen at work the previous Saturday, and although x rays saw no fractured ribs, I was in so much pain I could barely move. I asked at the desk if they did workman's comp exams, and the paper work, and was told they did. I also asked the nurse practitioner who came to examine me, the same questions. My daughter went there earlier in the year. They claimed their systems were down. My daughter paid the copayment in cash. Since then she is being harassed via text by them because they say she owes money. I called the insurance company and they said they have no record of the visit. That's because their "systems were down". I tried calling them to tell them to resubmit the claim and they refused.
