Had to go in for ear pain on a Tuesday afternoon. While I was waiting, read other reviews, they made me very leery and wished I hadn't! I hoped my experience would be different! The check in process was painless. I waited about 10 minutes before being triaged, then maybe another 15 before being taken back. I required stitches, paid the copay. I went back a week later for the removal and was told the stitches need a few more days. When I returned i was told there was no charge for the removal. The invoices keep coming for multipe visits! I have made multipe calls and been on hold to 15 mins. each time after hearing your call will be answered within 5 mins! 5 different invoices, with different amounts owed! NF Blvd and Sheridan location. DW

This urgent care would rather watch you die in their lobby then help you. there are many urgent care's in this area, never come to this one.

I went into the Well Now on Niagara Falls Blvd and Sheridan this past March. The girl at the desk insisted I did not have a copay. I know it is 60.00. She got upset and said I was accusing her of not knowing her job! Yesterday I got a bill for $365.00 saying it was "at risk of going to collections". On top of that I was charged an additional 50.00 because it was a weekend???? I drove to the location to get a better understanding g. They said they could not handle it and I needed to call their central location.

So, apparently their new policy is for you to come in sick and register yourself. You have to put all the information in using a QR code and your phone. I left and went to Focus on NF BLVD... will not be back!

I don't even remember my last visit but I see this isn't my first 1 star review here... Made an 8:30 appointment, filled out all my paperwork online ahead of time & showed up early, to my pleasure this location had no provider so that was helpful. Few people in the waiting room still filling out paper work, all got taken before me - at about 9:45 (over an hour after my appointment) I was the only person in the waiting room & hadn't been even spoken to so I just left to go to a different location. 20, 30 even 45 minutes is ... read more

By far the worst experience I've had at a health center. The staff seemed very confused and when being seen for the first part of my appointment, the woman was very careless with what she had to do in order to get basic physical information- specifically when checking my blood pressure, she did it over my long sleeve shirt and the stethoscope was not even in the pit of my elbow. Not pleased at all with my visit.

So I go in this Urgent care on Friday morning by 815am bc I have been very sick for 5 days. To be asked if I had an appt.. when I said no.. she said they have no Dr on site and doesn't know when a Dr will be in. So I then was going to go to Immediate Care but they didn't open til 9am so I figured I'd just wait.
