So I go in this Urgent care on Friday morning by 815am bc I have been very sick for 5 days. To be asked if I had an appt.. when I said no.. she said they have no Dr on site and doesn't know when a Dr will be in. So I then was going to go to Immediate Care but they didn't open til 9am so I figured I'd just wait. Another person walked in literally 30 seconds after me and they walked her right back after checking her in. After being seen, with a mistake with a prescription, they are unable to be contacted. Phones don't work and emails or ignored. So irresponsible.

I've been waiting here for 2 hours, and all I needed was a prescription for an infection. While waiting for 2 hours, they decided that people that came after me could go before me. If you plan on coming here, call and make an appointment or you will be waiting for hours. This is bullshit. They need to get better service because they do not make you feel valued as a patient.

While the front staff checking me in were very kind they were not organized at all. The one who checked me in for my scheduled appointment said I'd be called in next at the exact same time the person from the other desk told an individual they'd get him in next since he waited 2 hours (without a scheduled appointment). I had said the gentleman could go first seeing as that seemed awful. Another patient in the area said she was told she'd be next during this but I ended up going before her. I thought I could get a free Covid test from this site. I was wrong. I went to the site, was put in an exam room and a MD entered wanting to give me a physical exam. He wanted to look in my throat and ask questions about my current health. I then asked him why I was getting MD exam and tried to clarify I only wanted the free Covid test. The MD called me an unkind name, which seemed like a judgment on my character after a 30 second conversation in which I wanted to understand what was happening to me. Made an appointment, but they ignored it and took us in late. Got a Covid test and they lost it. This place is a Fischer-Price, "My First Urgent Care." You might as well ask a toddler for medical advice, it will probably even be more professional.

If you have covid don't bother going here because they won't help you with medication to ease symptoms. They actually turned me away. I have had problems in the past also getting proper care for me and my son. The only thing the care about is $!

I waited over 90 minutes for a doctor and kept having to flag down workers just for them to snap at me and say they'll be with me in a minute which wasn't even true. The nurse didn't seem too confident in themselves and it looked like a bunch of the staff was not doing much while they knew I was waiting

Been 48 hours haven't received my COVID test result. I was told 24-28 hours and still nothing. I followed my test online and nothing it's been saying it's testing for 7 hours now. There's no number to call as well to speak to an actual person.
