I am not sure why the low ratings for this location as we had a great experience at this office. They took excellent care when my husband came in with a fracture. They took their time with him an we didn't feel rushed at all. Almost felt like a family member was his aide . Thats how well they took care of him. Communication was top notch. I would personally continue to go to this location from now on even if its a drive for us. Sometimes you have to go the extra mile for great customer service.

My primary Doctor was to busy to get me in and suggested WellNow. I called and scheduled an appointment for late afternoon, they got me in. Nicole was my PA. She was very professional and polite. She showed sincerity in her job and her patients. From here on in if my Doctor is busy, I will go to WellNow. I was extremely pleased with WellNow and Nicole.

I have gone here twice in the last 6 months and both times i have come away from the experience positively. The staff is super super nice. And the doctors have great bedside manners. Very much recommend.

Went for a COVID PCR test today and made an appointment in advance. I was in and out of WellNow within 5 minutes. Very friendly service. Will return!

If you have never been to the Irondequoit WellNow, be prepared, as it's a very busy medical facility. If it's at all possible, it would benefit you to make an appointment. If you do manage to get in, and there is a line, don't be discouraged! Depending on your situation, they can try to work you in. You will have to wait a little while, but I think they do their best during a very crazy time in our lives.

I had a very good experience at this location today. I need a COVID test for upcoming surgery. I call yesterday to get details and the receptionist said they were very busy and the wait timer was 2-21/2 hours. She suggested I make an appointment online for the next day (that day was full). They only make same day appointments so I had to wait until midnight or early the next morning to make one. I did what she suggested, went there at the appointment time, followed instructions for entering and - walla - done!

I've visited this location a few times over the past year since moving to Rochester, and I have found each visit to be great! Scheduling an appointment online is beyond simple, they usually have immediate openings, and there is almost no wait time upon arriving. The front desk staff do seem a little numb to it all, so they're never outwardly or overly friendly, but I've worked with the public before, so I know how draining it is.
