Zero i got there with asma no one in the reception area my son knocked at the door told the lady she has asma she looked at me n very disrespectuful told the other lady he said she has asma so i told her fuck her do u think this id not serious n left

So I come in at 5:30 pm to be seen. No one was in the reception area but I could hear people laughing and talking in the back. After several minutes I knocked on the door. A couple minutes later, a young woman with a nasty attitude came up and said the receptionist is on lunch so they can't take any walk-ins. I simply said I thought that was odd, especially since the staff were obviously not working either. She told me if I had an emergency she could call an ambulance. I'm giving zero stars because the "providers" there are awful, completely humiliated me because I didn't understand how the screening process worked so I initially declined but then realized I needed a pelvic exam, heard the rude "provider" go out and say "nowww she wants one" and then another voice say "oooohh myyy goddd". My absolute apologies that you have to do your job. Must be extremely debilitating for you having me there with my pain. How rude of me. Do not go here especially if you're a lady.

wish i could give zero stars. went here a week ago with what i thought was a UTI. told them i thought it was a UTI and the took one look at my urine said it looked fine and sent me home with nothing. i don't even know if they even sent it in for testing, i heard nothing back. ended up in the ER a week later with a kidney infection because of the untreated UTI. DO NOT GO HERE.

I'd give them zero stars if that were an option. I went there with my 13 year old daughter who had a severe cut and was gushing blood. I tried to open the door, but it was locked. Girl behind the counter looked at us and said they close at 8:00. I looked at my phone and it was EXCACTLY 8:00. She went in the back after I was yelling that my daughter needed help and she came back with a "supervisor" and they all agreed- They were closed. the care recived was good in Dubois,pa. about one mont later i recived a bill and called. put on hold for about 1 hour when i did get to speak to i gave reference number that my insurance had paid the person was very rude, the balance is paid and i ask for a email to make certain it was paid. she said that is my insurance to send it after i gave her the reference number and the amount paid. MAYBE THEY NEED BETTER SERVICE PEOPLE. WILL NOT REFER TO WELLNOW FOR THAT REASON

I had a barcode for a drug screen.I went in to E. Ridge Rd. location and my experience was awful and I will please like to be contacted to let someone know what occurred and how dissatisfied I am with my visit. This incident had to do with a staff member named Jackie that would not tell me her last name and also a Fnp Nicole Mitchell.

Karolina Micalos was less than helpful and was more concerned about shortages in medication and super bugs than giving my daughter the antibiotics she needs. Had to go to another urgent care to get proper treatment. She was very difficult and defensive...would never recommend seeing her...should be let go.

Although the front desk staff and medical assistants were very helpful and pleasant the PA that saw me was rude, dismissive and actually misdiagnosed me which lead to an extremely dangerous health crisis for me. This was after an almost 3 hour wait even though I had made an "appointment "
