This place and these folks may have just saved my life. PA Rebecca Flynn is a top-notch medical professional who is deeply systematic and thorough in her approach. She took her time with me to assess every aspect of my health and to zero-in on a nasty sinus infection that has been torturing me for about a month. Came in with an allergic reaction to some medication. They took me right back and tended to my symptoms. The doctors and staff were fantastic. I know others who have been here with and they had a positive experiences as well. This location will definitely be my primary urgent care of choice moving forward.

The location is very convenient. Check-in process was smooth. To my surprise I had to pay a large copay before my insurance was billed. I was told I would receive a credit if I was charged too much after billing my insurance. I didn't have to wait long to see the provider. The nurse practitioner made me feel very comfortable and gave me good care. Later that day I got a text asking me to rate my experience and I gave a 5 out of 5. First time here. The staff is very friendly its seems they are still figuring things out, however it doesnt really impact the check in process. The wait for the physician assistant was about 2 minutes... overall this location is a nice location in my opinion...AND THEY GIVE OUT FREE SLUSHIES

Unprofessional, even with clear appointment time made staff was not very accommodating. Came in on time for my appointment but still waited 40 minutes in a room while the doctor and staff socialized.

The two receptionists on shift on today 2/6/25 During the 1:00 hour were terrible. They were handlig another customer which is fine but the customer service is terrible. As I work in customer service the protocol is to let entering patients know that "I will be with you in just a second". We were not acknowledged until 3 minutes went past & they were finish with their conversation. I am not pleased at all with my visit. I came in at 4:40 and did not leave until 6pm. There were no other patients there. I heard laughing and loudness while I was waiting forever to be seen. One of the front desk people was rude and used Hippa to not electronically send my work note while their printer was not working. I used to pay out of pocket here because the care was great. The providers are fine but the front desk is downright rude, not helpful and use HIPAA as a way to not answer questions that are not protected by the act. Whomever was abseering the phonecon 11/17 at 9:45 am has little customer service experience and really needs to find a job where interacting with people is not required.
