Omg they’re a god send. I got scammed into purchasing a time share thru ******** and it was a total nightmare. They promised us things and never followed thru. They gave us rates that were not valid. Even going thru it with there representatives over the phone still could not give us the rates that they had promised us. Only to be told ohhh well you still gotta pay. Worst mistake I ever made. **** * We had a very positive experience with WFG. We were informed from the beginning to the end of the Timeshare closure. What was going to take place as far as the next phone call, the time of the call, the paperwork needed to be submitted, etc. A very professional organization with a focus to help with closing the timeshare. **** ****** was the person who worked with us on this. She was very professional, very patient, and very nice. It took about 2 years to get from point A to point B but she always kept us up to date on everything and stressed the importance of getting the information their company needed in order to get it done. She was fantastic and helped us every step of the way.
