From the very start, the Wesley team was friendly, understanding, and incredibly responsive. They helped us successfully cancel multiple timeshares purchased by my parents in about five months. We can’t thank them enough — no more annual fees!
Very helpful and attentive reached out on a regular bases to make sure we understood the process and any reasons things seemed to take longer than expected. We are finally free from timeshare contract. Wesley Financial Group has been a great help for us. They definitely know what they are doing. They remain in contact all throughout the process, communication is available if you have any questions, waiting can be a pain but its worthy once declared our contract ends. I was impressed with the story behind Wesley Financial's creation. I believe they do feel a moral and ethical obligation to untangle the mess that is the time share conundrum. While we were released from our time share contract because of the guidance provided by Wesley and everyone was very professional, available and helpful I do have a suggestion. The cost of Wesley services was not cheap, as such I wonder if it might be morally and ethically suitable for Wesley to provide a free set of suggestions that a client might try... read more
