My experience with Wesley was great. First of all, my timeshare experience was great when I was single. I would say that the timeshare game, ironically, is best for single people who like to travel. But once a significant other and kids get involved, it's not as easy to make sure schedules align with school, work, sports and resort availability, etc. (As opposed to when I was single and able to take 3 or 4 short (3-5 days) vacays a year.) This company stayed right alongside me through the process and fought for nearly a year and a half to negotiate the closing of my timeshare, which was agreed to under predatory practice. Although I take accountability and paid them for services, they made it as minimally painful as possible. Wesley Financial did an excellent job as the mediator for my timeshare cancellation. The timeshare had completely ignored my plea for assistance but that changed immediately when I retained Wesley Financial.
They helped us get rid of our timeshare in about a year. I recommend them!
Although everyone I spoke with at WFG was pleasant, the "directory assistance" was overpriced. I would not recommend them but would be happy to help anyone for half of what they charged me!
