We were finally able to end our timeshare nightmare after approximately 2-3 years of working with Wesley. They were very helpful but somewhat expensive. The people who we worked with, *** ***** and ***** *******were very helpful and.professional. In the long run we saved money off of what we still owed and the never-ending maintenance fees. So, I guess all in all, it was a positive experience. If you have the upfront money to use Wesley, then they are definitely worth it.

The entire staff was absolutely amazing! Everyone was friendly, welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. It took a few months longer than they Wesley anticipated. Workers always had a customer task for us to keep moving forward, They were professional in guiding us, and competent through the process. We were so thankful and relieved to be able to get cancelled from this timeshare !

We were in a timeshare and wanted out. We had gone weeks past “automatic refund” date. Contacted Wesley and completed all of the paperwork to get out of the timeshare. Wesley went over the process and gave us a timeframe of expectations. Obviously the picture they paint is not all roses. Worries aside Wesley got us out of the timeshare with full refund. 5 stars I should have used them a couple yrs ago It was very easy and affordable and definatly a lot less Stress than keeping the Timeshare. I would recommend them to anyone that wants to get out of theirs without a hassel. They were very prompt and let me know every step of the way
