I was impressed with the story behind Wesley Financial's creation. I believe they do feel a moral and ethical obligation to untangle the mess that is the time share conundrum. While we were released from our time share contract because of the guidance provided by Wesley and everyone was very professional, available and helpful I do have a suggestion. THEY WERE HELPFUL WITH INFORMATION FOR DEALING WITH TIMESHARE EXIT. BUT THE TIMESHARE OWNER IS THE ONE DEALING WITH THE TIMESHARE TO WORK THE EXIT.

Started with Wesley in Feb 28th 2024 and was our of our timeshare on 1/12/26. Thought it would take longer than that but they handled our account very professionally and kept us informed the whole way through the process,, Would highly recommend them.

We initiated business with Wesley in January 2024 and completed business in January 2026. It was a 2 year process but a successful removal of our timeshare. Wesley’s consistent communication and support was instrumental in completion of the removal. It took some time but Wesley stood with us during the difficult wait.

They were amazing. We worked with ****and she was the best!!! She was very proactive and keep us updated the whole way. She was patient and knowledgeable, answering all the questions we had. It took about 3 years and she was with us and fighting for us the whole way.

I feel that Wesley Financial Group went the extra mile to get us out of our Timeshare contract. Our timeshare had lied to us telling us they would cancel our timeshare contract if we paid them a last time maintenance fee and we paid them and did not hear anything from them for over a year until a collection company the timeshare partly owns billed us lates charges and late fees. I signed up with Wesley Financial Group in 6/2025. They had me out of my timeshare by 12/2025. The person I was dealing with was very professional and knew his job. I would definitely recommend Wesley Financial Group.

The company explains everything from the get go! They answer all questions and make sure you aware of what could come! I read all the fine prints and had multiple questions! They were angels! They are great. ***was absolutely fantastic! She called back when I had a question but we were very VERY patient during the full year they were working on our situation with ********. Long expensive road but worth it. This has been quite the ordeal that started several years ago. We had quite a few doubts that Wesley would actually get us out of our Timeshare. It seemed like nothing was getting done, not correspondence from ****** *** ******* for what seemed like years. We finally got a diamond in the rough with ****** *****.
