Dr Penn is the perfect balance of caring and efficient. I never have a long wait time and he never makes me feel rushed. He answers all of my questions and will research and follow up with me promptly if necessary. He always asks about my family too which makes me feel a nice connection with him. And obviously he is wicked smart!!
Doctor Penn is wonderful. Visiting him feels like meeting up with a great friend. He explains health issues in a way that’s easily understandable. I’ve been seeing him for several years and highly recommended him. His nurses are always great too!
Dr. Penn is thorough and takes time to actually “talk” to his patients about his findings. He is on time and one doesn’t have to wait to see him.His staff is courteous and efficient. I highly recommend Dr. Penn.
Dr. Penn is extremely personable and is always a pleasure to see. I never feel as if he is rushing me out of the office but at the same time my appointments are completed in a timely manner. He is prompt and I have never had to wait in the lobby or in the exam room for more than a couple of minutes. I used to dread going to my appointments but Dr. Penn never makes me feel that way.
He’s such a good listener and explains what your options are very thoroughly and thoughtfully. Never feel rushed.
