Dr. Penn is kind, thorough and exceptionally professional. He and his staff work hard to stay on schedule. My appointments are always timely. He and his staff also respond in a timely fashion to any questions or requests on My Chart. If you are looking for a superior primary care physician - I cannot recommend Dr. Penn highly enough. He is the best physician I have ever had.
Dr Penn is the absolute best, he truly cares about his patients. I have been seeing him for years and would recommend him to anyone. He listens, has compassion and truly cares about you as a person.
Always takes time to answer questions and ensures patient understands situation. Evaluates medications for conflicts and opportunities to reduce or eliminate. Best decision I made medically was to begin seeing him several years ago.
Dr. Penn always answers your questions and never rushes to leave without going over what he needs to say. Him and his staff gets an A+++.

I have been going to Baton Rouge Clinic for over 40 years. All of the doctors my family has used have been outstanding. Dr. Penn is just the latest doctor to take care of my medical needs. He has been fantastic, responsive to my needs, explains my treatment that he recommends and follows up with my progress. Couldn’t ask for a better person to insure my continued health.
