Good, Dr. Penn was very polite, very good bed side manner, very professional, talk well explain everything well, each step he told me what tests he would have me to do. Dr. Penn is an excellent physician. He is very attentive and is genuinely interested in my health. He and his staff are always professional and personable. He fully explains things and makes you feel very comfortable asking questions. He and his team are very punctual as well which is a big plus!

I was admitted at the scheduled time. Dr. Penn fully explains everything, usually answering questions before I even ask them. He does not rush you through but takes the time to fully examine and consider anything which might be affecting your condition. If I send him a message I receive a reply the same day, often within the hour. One can only wish that all medical professionals were as good as he is.
