Dr.Penn is the best there is! Have been to many dr’s. Dr.Penn truly cares, is so personable, and so genuine. I trust his word on anything. Highly recommend him as a PCP!!

He listened to my needs and was able to immediately give me answers….he actually listens! Bed side manners are off the radar!
