This was my first time seeing Dr. Penn and I can say he is very knowledgeable and very thorough. He isn’t there to just assess and diagnose with ease, he goes through the proper steps before starting any interventions. Very friendly and hands on.
I have been sick 10 days self medicating. Cant shake it and ear started hurting. I had a Telehealth appt but hurriedly called in to change it to a person to person visit.. He accommodated. . Glad I went in bec I had in infected ear which he immediately saw using the ear-light and prescribed some powerful meds to help rid me of it. I have learned it’s important to emphasize exactly the problem and not let anything be overlooked.
I’ve been seeing Dr Penn for several years now. I highly recommend him. He is very personable and never in a rush. His treatment plans are clear and explained well. I use to hate to go to the doctor but I never dread going to see Dr Penn. He takes a genuine interest in my overall health. Dr. Penn makes you feel good about getting medical treatment. His bedside manner is excellent. I feel I can discuss any medical issue with him and he will offer great advice. He also has no problem directing you toward other medical expertise. I trust Dr. Penn.
