Dr. Penn has an easy nature about him while remaining professional and competent. He listens to what’s being said, what’s left unspoken, and understands his role as a provider in patient-led care. He practices medicine the way we all hope it would be practiced, and he’s genuinely a nice guy.

This was my first time seeing Dr. Penn and I can say he is very knowledgeable and very thorough. He isn’t there to just assess and diagnose with ease, he goes through the proper steps before starting any interventions. Very friendly and hands on.
