RecommendedEveryone is extremely nice and helpful. We had a long drive to get to the clinic and they worked with us to get the treatment we needed for our dog. Everything was explained in great detail for treatment and follow up care.

Amazing experience! My cat needed to be seen last minute, and they were able to get him in for an urgent care exam the same day. Everyone was so kind, and made sure all of my questions were answered. They explained the issues found with him thoroughly and made sure I had a full understanding of his at home care plan moving forward. I cannot thank them enough for turning a scary moment into relief within a few hours. We will definitely be back!!
The staff is very friendly, they are helpful with our concerns about Bella, they are good at explaining options for treatments,they care!
West Salem Vet is our go-to veterinary service because they love my animals like they are their own. Yesterday WSV helped my senior dog Donnie cross the rainbow bridge with dignity and compassion. The vet tech Devin was a godsend. What a wonderful human. She spoiled our boy with treats and love in his final moments. She even snapped a few photos and shared them with us. very friendly staff, always returns calls or emails in a timely manner, takes time with you and the exam rooms and listens to your concerns. from day one when we brought Gizmo there we absolutely loved the service we've received, and they absolutely love our little guy

We moved to WI last summer and established care here for all of our senior dogs. I am so impressed with the service we have received. Easy scheduling of appointments (love the Saturday hours), compassionate, thorough medical care, respectful of our wishes and input, excellent communication/explanations, and everyone has been so friendly and pleasant. We’ve now been seen for well visits, sick visits and sadly, for euthanasia. I thoroughly appreciate their Covid policies as it shows concern for pets and humans alike.
