I have nothing but good things to say! Yesterday, my pup was referred after X-rays at our regular vet showed a possible obstruction. From the moment we entered I felt like we were cared for. The desk staff were patient and listened (even if what I was saying wasn't necessary for the intake itself), the techs were so sweet to my boy and the vet was compassionate and thorough. Took my dog , Lucky, a Shih Tzu ,to the clinic after he was having trouble walking and obviously in pain. They did a scan on him and found he had a swollen spinal cord and severe back injury. (we later figured it was from an accident 3 months before at a picnic where he was under a plastic lawn chair and it suddenly broke under the weight of a guest. Every animal we brought here over 20 years has died . First thing they do it block off money on your credit card . They are known for doing unnecessary tests to rack up a bill . Chase veterinary is the best .
They were wonderful they helped my cat he was dieing and now he is alive thanks to them.
Everybody was awesome I hadn't been there in quite a while and once I got there with my cat they took her right in within like 5 minutes and made her comfortable I found all of the staff awesome and compassionate and I felt I was in the right place doing the right thing the veterinarian explained everything thoroughly and she made me feel what I was doing was the right thing yes I would recommend the New England Animal Medical Center to anyone else that was in the predicament I was in
