I've decided to take the high road and delete my lengthy review and posts on social media. I'll just do the right thing and file an official complaint with the BBB.
NEAMC made our dog’s last few days as comfortable and peaceful as possible. Thank you, especially to Dr. Bishop and the other staff members who took care of Rocky.
Anytime I bring my dogs here the staff is always polite.i don’t feel forced into having to do what they recommend. They give me options and let me know what would be a more beneficial and direct approach to finding out what’s wrong with my dogs so I don’t have to do irrelevant tests like some vets have had me do in the past . �
I wouldn’t take my pups anywhere else! My family had been using them for decades! The doctors are top notch and the nursing staff is incredible. I love that they have an emergency center right there so if ever things go wrong, all the files are in one place. They have helped us through puppies, regular checkups, cancer, and saying goodbye. I would never want to go anywhere else. Their professionalism is matched by their empathy. LOVE NEAMC!!!
I cannot say enough good things!! Our dog got hit by a car on Sunday night and we had to bring her in to the emergency vet! The staff, doctors & nurses were all so helpful. The doctors called w updates daily and we were able to call whenever we wanted and they were happy to talk to us and give us full updates. So happy to have our pup home for the holidays! We know she was in great hands!

I have nothing but good things to say! Yesterday, my pup was referred after X-rays at our regular vet showed a possible obstruction. From the moment we entered I felt like we were cared for. The desk staff were patient and listened (even if what I was saying wasn't necessary for the intake itself), the techs were so sweet to my boy and the vet was compassionate and thorough.
