RecommendedCan't say enough good things. Doug didn't try to up sale me. Just sold me what I needed. Darcy in the office patiently answered all my 101 questions. I was esp. worried about my 4 cats getting out. I didn't have to worry, they were very careful opening and shutting the doors. My heat pump is up and running in one day. Very glad I went with Western. I Recommend them highly.
They assessed my furnace and gave me an idea of how to upgrade and update my furnace. I appreciated the maintenance person replacing a component so that the furnace will operate better & smoother. I will consider their other recommendations. I think they were professional and knowledgeable, politely informing me about my circumstances and options.

Wonderful service on my Heat pump. The technician Michael answered all of my many questions. I was able to get next day service. I haven't had the same luck with the original installer. I now have a clean happy 😁 heat pump. I will be working with Western again. Thanks from a happy customer. I highly recommend both Michael and Western Heating and Cooling
