Doug, Dave & Jeremy were hard working, very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. The arrived timely and provided us a temporary free standing A/C unit when our furnace was delayed.
Our heat pump and thermostat went out and Western Heating and Cooling came out the next day and got everything working on that visit. Darcy who initially took my call was both kind and efficient in talking us through some things and then getting someone scheduled to come out. Todd did the work and was great. He was professional and besides fixing the problem he gave us other helpful info regarding our system. Five stars for sure.
We needed a new furnace, plus with the heat this summer, finally decided air conditioning needed to happen. Western scheduled a time to come out for an estimate and actually showed up a week early because of a cancellation, which was amazing! The estimate was accomplished on the spot and was quite reasonable.
