We offered to postpone the installation but they just laughed and said they could handle it, and they did! Another shout out to their office person, Darcy. She was so knowledgable and professional she made us feel confident in our purchase.

My wife and I decided that because of the age of the furnace it would be better to replace it. Western was very proactive in replacing our furnace & A/C units. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to get their unit serviced or replaced. 😊😊
