Just had service. Very professional. On time and very clear about charges. Other than a dying part that had to be replaced, no surprises. Thankfully, that was taken care of before it died in the summer heat.

The service techs were great! Jeremy, Doug & Todd worked like crazy to install a new Heating System & a new A/C during our recent snowstorm. We offered to postpone the installation but they just laughed and said they could handle it, and they did! Another shout out to their office person, Darcy. She was so knowledgable and professional she made us feel confident in our purchase.
They arrived within the window of time she told me over the phone. It was below freezing when the furnace went out and they were the only heating company who called me back. Would highly recommend them.

Western Heating & Cooling came out on New Years Eve to diagnose & furnace when it started blowing cold air. Being our unit was 20 years old the part that went bad had to be ordered. My wife and I decided that because of the age of the furnace it would be better to replace it. Western was very proactive in replacing our furnace & A/C units. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to get their unit serviced or replaced. 😊😊
