TERRIBLE customer service. I had them clean heater and replace filter. 2 months and a week later NW gas told me I need to clean and replace the filter again. I called and talked to the owner she refused to fix the problem and wouldn't do a refund. Then had the audacity to try to sell the service again! She also said it was recommended to clean and replace filter 3-6months. I called around and a competitor said they have a 1 year guarantee. $109 vs $149.
