Todd the tech is always on time. even with a few hour window hes with in the first hour. This is the first time we had maintenance done. He was out for a repair two times in past. Everytime he's been here it's a good experience. Thank you.
Nate was my technician. He was thorough, pleasant, and well-informed. I really appreciated his consideration and attention to detail to make sure everything was how it should be.
I called early in the morning and was told they could come to my home within 2 hrs. They showed up on time, kept social distance, were pleasant and efficient and took care of the problem in a quick manner. They have been a pleasure to work with and have done a great job!

My mother at the age of 90 Was having furnace trouble. The girls we spoke to when my mom called were very kind and helpful. They were able to be at my moms within 30 min. It turned out to be a valve that needed to be replaced. When the girls at the office called her about Ordering the part they again Were so kind and helpful. They gave mom the senior discount and said they would send a employee to pick up the part in person The next day and be over to install it. This is what I call Superior Service. This company went over and beyond for me! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Our furnace went out on the first day of winter... I had first called another company which diagnosed a bad control board. Called everywhere trying to locate one having no luck, but when I spoke to Darcy with Western heating she took it a step further to ask a few questions about my situation. Our heater went out last night. We froze all night (it was 62 degrees when we woke up) and promptly called four other HVAC companies to see if anyone could come out today. No one could come out until tomorrow or Friday because of Thanksgiving. One company said they'd try to get us in this afternoon but wasn't certain.
