I bought a new truck 3 months ago and have been having issues. There was an issue with an option not being on the truck. Salesman said that he would look into it and never called back as promised. Met with the sales manager, he promised to look into the issue, it’s been over a month a no call. 2 emails sent to the dealership GM and 2 messages with reception. Don’t buy Cadillac EV car (Lyriq) Because its charging cost is more than petrol. Charging this car on DC fast charger also takes 7 to 8 hours And its cost is 60 to $70. If you charge it on flo charger then it will take 26-27 hours to charge. Its heater also has frequent problems. they didn't know how to fix my Volt, charged me $200/hr to guess what the issue might be, and were wrong. When I called back when the issue reoccurred they laughed at me on the phone and said they couldn't help unless I brought it back. They do not have an electrics specialist to deal with electric cars but charge to guess what it might be anyways. I would never recommend them.
