I was told my truck needed a new PM sensor, and it would be a difficult job as it was located under the engine.. (it's actually located at the back of the truck by the exhaust) when I questioned them about it they changed the story to it was very corroded so shop time took 2 hours, and they had my truck for 2 and a half business days + weekend without a courtesy car .. the sensor has two bolts and one plug, no way it took more than an hour! they are charging me $1,100 absolutely ridiculous! The salesman kept me hanging for the deal for a few days and never returned my calls.
Sorry have bought 5 trucks here service dept is bad Dave have vacuums install at all station never does my 83,ooo truck get vacuumed or washed My Japanese cars always cleaned and vacumned My work order history says right on wash and vacuum car was there 7 hours work was done in 2 hours Service advisor was to phone me back after 4 emails. I bought my truck new in 2019, and had nothing but awful service since the day I drove it off the lot. My tonneau cover (purchased and installed by them) was installed correctly, which damaged near the rear window (where it folds up). The paint fix was a poor patch attempt at best quoting me "I don't want to paint your truck for this".
