Stan Stachura very disappointed made an appointment 1. Month in advance for a four hour job . Paid for 6 hours t kept overnight. Sales never contacted me about my appraisal !!!!!
Indeed a complete rip job , 200$ to read the computer code which was only one? Wtf even after zi already gave them the code, it just kept getting worse with overcharges, never again would I suggest going to the big box this Douglas street Victoria car repair again. Got stung once ,never again.
Be careful taking your vehicle to these guys. We took a 2008 Acadia in for a transmission module, and to look at a potential misfire. The car ran fine when it went it. Now said vehicle can’t be driven as a spark plug broke when they were trying to remove it. Porcelain in the engine. Mechanic said it is drivable. Well it isn’t. Service manage refuses to accept any responsibility or fix the car and tries to place blame on the last mechanic that worked on it. Complete rip off. Bought a brand new Silverado off them, transmission blew at 8000km. Absolute run around with them. Tried to get them to do service for me vehicle (Wheaton family speech and all…), they basically he’d my vehicle captive and charged me 4x the price of neighboring mechanic shop. Crooks. Never again.
I bought a new truck 3 months ago and have been having issues. There was an issue with an option not being on the truck. Salesman said that he would look into it and never called back as promised. Met with the sales manager, he promised to look into the issue, it’s been over a month a no call. 2 emails sent to the dealership GM and 2 messages with reception.
