Poor Customer Service We were travelling in the region and our brand new car started to shake. Good news, there’s always a GMC around. We stopped, our car is still on the warranty honoured in all GMC dealerships. They told us they might not be able to look at it today since they were busy, BUT it was not safe to drive with it. Terrible customer service and the head mechanic knows nothing highly do not recommend
In June of 2018 I purchased a used 2014 Corvette from Wheaton Chev. I was happy with my negotiation with Brett Snow for the trade in price. How ever when left to deal with a junior sales person the delivery was sub standard. The car did not have a mounted licence plate and when I brought this up during the delivery the salesmen handed me some nuts and bolts. Service department needs improving.
The worse service I have ever had! I have purchased brand new Chevy Tahoe and payed almost $80k which has a factory paint problem on back door and I noticed that at firs day after purchase and I tried to solve the problem with them friendly but they(Wheaton guys)told me the only option they have is repaint the area has problem instead of replacing whole door which I believe is not fair and I’m not happy with that. Bought a groupon oil change that landed me here, was told the truck would be 2 hours max. 5.5 hours later still waiting, no phone call or courtesy heads up the car will be more than double the estimated time frame? Missing work, coulda went to work.. 1 star today guys Charged me past the groupon Truck was not vacuumed or washed. Dropped the ball here all day long. $150 retail value?

They have a problem with theft from vehicles left in their care for servicing and do not offer any recourse for their customers. Pretty much a tough luck, not their problem attitude. Will not be back ever to one of their dealerships. We know that we are not the only ones that had something stolen from a vehicle left in trust in their care.

I am glad they took me in as a drive in without an appointment. wipers stopped working in a substantial rain. The wiper transmission was broken and they fixed it under a recall.

GM refuses to fix our 2014 Cadillac SRX’s Cue system which has now killed the battery and made the vehicle a safety hazard, locked in vehicle and numerous false messages. Until they properly resolve our cars issue, my almost invalid wife has no vehicle to get to hospital appointments and more.
