Whitney Tuley was fantastic. First I received a fantastic VA rate. Then she was able to close within 30 days which most other lenders were not able to do. She communicated every step and milestone and even rescheduled for me when there was an issue with the seller that resulted in needing to reschedule. I could not have had a better experience and the rate/closing costs were by far the best offer I received and I spoke with and was quoted rates by 5-7 lenders.
Whitney was able to offer us terms that were much better than anyone else. We switched lenders on short notice in the middle of escrow and Whitney was able to work with us on a tight schedule and make our closing date on time. She made a stressful situation seamless.
