Whitney was extremely communicative regarding any updates, needs for documents, and kept us accountable with being on tops of things. She continuously reassured us throughout the entire process and helped us cut costs where we could and ended up fronting much less than anticipated upon our closing date. We were pleasantly surprised with the home buying process with Whitney at Central Bank and would work with her again in the future. I would highly recommend Whitney to everyone that I know.

The communication was good, the loan came through in time, the rate was good. The only issue we had was about transfer of servicing, I was told it wont likely transfer(She said multiple times that very rarely they do transfer the servicing, although the box about transfer was checked), but they transferred our loan to Penny Mac before the 1st payment was due. This may or may not be an issue to others, but it was to us and that is why I had asked about it 3-4 times prior to deciding to go with them.

Whitney is very helpful.. We were able to close my house in 20 days.. I recommend her for your future house. she will do everything she can for you without aby hassle.

Whitney was incredible in helping me secure my loan and close on my home in time. She had answers for all of my questions and was lighting fast with making changes and tweaks right before close. Cannot recommend her enough! I don't think we would've closed in time without her

Whitney has helped us by 2 homes and refinance one. She is amazing and works tirelessly. For one home we reached out to her for rates, when she beat everyone else by a full percent...but she only had about a week and a half. She worked on this nonstop and worked with the underwriter and had it done in! Sheled helped us do a VA IRRRL and again, flawless and easy to work with and her communication is amazing. Whitney rocks!! I spent several weeks shopping for best rates, and well she and her Central Trust Bank team made it happen. They earned my business in no time and got me the best rate you could possibly find across the US. Whitney Tuley and her team helped us get and keep a great rate even while the market rate kept going higher and higher. They were on top of everything and very response to any questions (and I had many). They were also patient and informative throughout the entire process. The bottom line is that they also got me the best rate with the most favorable terms I could find. Central Trust was the fourth lender I’ve used for home purchases and this was my best experience.
