Whitney was wonderful to work with. To start off she is persistent, which worked in my favor. Whitney was willing to education me on rates, and questions that I should ask lenders, even though she knew I was still interviewing other lenders. Whitney was timely, and available (on weekends) to me whenever I had a question or inquiry. Whitney stayed involved and accessible even when the process went to the next level.
