From getting under contract to closing the process was simplified with Whitney. Any questions I had got answered and any problems I ran into got solved.
Whitney stayed on top of the process from start to finish even when action by others was required. Her response to a question or concern was immediate or within 24 hours. Each step of the process is automated and where I thought there was repetition Whitney was quick to resolve the issue. Whitney was always available by phone or email. She spoke clearly and was respectful throughout the process.

I would recommend Whitney and her team to anyone. The process was extremely efficient and very stress free. If you want an easy stress free mortgage process, give Whitney a call. Also, during this crazy rate environment, Central Bank’s investor’s rates were better than any other places I quoted.
Whitney was extremely communicative regarding any updates, needs for documents, and kept us accountable with being on tops of things. She continuously reassured us throughout the entire process and helped us cut costs where we could and ended up fronting much less than anticipated upon our closing date. We were pleasantly surprised with the home buying process with Whitney at Central Bank and would work with her again in the future. I would highly recommend Whitney to everyone that I know.
The communication was good, the loan came through in time, the rate was good. The only issue we had was about transfer of servicing, I was told it wont likely transfer(She said multiple times that very rarely they do transfer the servicing, although the box about transfer was checked), but they transferred our loan to Penny Mac before the 1st payment was due. This may or may not be an issue to others, but it was to us and that is why I had asked about it 3-4 times prior to deciding to go with them.
Whitney is very helpful.. We were able to close my house in 20 days.. I recommend her for your future house. she will do everything she can for you without aby hassle.
Whitney was incredible in helping me secure my loan and close on my home in time. She had answers for all of my questions and was lighting fast with making changes and tweaks right before close. Cannot recommend her enough! I don't think we would've closed in time without her
