Whitney Tuley was able to get the lowest rate I could find for my new build and a long term rate lock that most companies wouldn’t provide. Answered all my questions quickly. Whitney Tuley was amazing! She was able to quickly get me pre-approved and everything after that was very easy and straightforward. I was always able to get in contact with her via phone and email. When my closing date was moved to an earlier date, she was able to quickly pivot and make sure that everything was correct so that I could close on time. I'm so happy that I got to work with her and her team!
Whitney was very responsive and very cooperative. She was always available when I needed her. She was professional and nice. When I was shopping for a loan, I had a lot of other loan processing agents constantly calling and texting me. Whitney wasn't like that. She provided information, but she was not heavy handed or stalkery.
